Important for North Dakota Residents
North Dakota is in the process of testing and implementing an autism voucher. Please take a moment to fill out and submit the attached application. (Note: Please fill out page one. The rest of the application is not required to be considered for the voucher.) The voucher provides funds for services and materials not otherwise covered by insurance. It is important that everyone apply so that the state has an indication of the need for this important financial support.
